Situated in Fort Lauderdale, the intention behind this property was to bring a playful approach to relaxation. The tones featured were selected to reflect Florida’s vibrant landscape: the ocean, sand, and palm trees. Our goal was to create a color-forward retreat within a retreat.

Launched in mid-January 2026, The Playful Retreat earned $15,000 USD in under 60 days — including direct bookings outside of Airbnb. An above average performance compared to similar properties in the market, with the full furnishing investment recovered within the first two months.
