• Material Concept Development — overall direction, palette development, and finish coordination

• Finish Selections — plumbing, lighting, flooring, countertops, tile, cabinetry, and hardware

• Specification Documentation — detailed finish schedules and product specs for your contractors and vendors

• Design Coordination — collaboration with your architects, builders, and contractors through to completion
